easy exercises and cure for eyes to make them relax , avoid puffiness, strain and feel fresh

Rotation



6 times as slow as possible move your eyes up and down , then 6 times move your eyes from left to right , try to watch the objects that you see



circulation


rotating the pupils in a circle. 4 turn clockwise 4-back. do it slowly, watching the entering the field of vision objects

compress by hands




close your eyes, breathe deeply. at the same time strongly to heat up your palms, rub them together, then attach the hot hands to your eyes and slowly count ten.

To the nail




hold out your hands in front of you, holding your thumb up and look at the nail. now 10 times slowly approach the hands to  the nose and then put it back. do these movements of the nail in the space without stopping.




in conclusion, tightly shut your eyelids and squinting in for 5-6 seconds. then, sharply open your eyes. repeat the exercise 10 times.

  1. cucumber slices
  • place the cucumber on refrigerator for some time

  • make slices of it.


  • put two cucumber of your eyes


  • recline your back on a lifted up pillow and begin to settle down.


  • after 20 minutes of treatment, you can already see the change in your condition.


  •  if the piece of cucumber becomes warm before 20 min duration replace it with another slice. however this may not be necessary since cucumber is really cool even if exposed in a hot temperature for quite some time.


  • the soothing and relaxing properties in cucumber making your eyes feel fresh and avoid eye strain.



2. potato slices

  • Take a chilled potato and cut it into thick slices.

  • Place these slices on both the closed eyes completely.

  • Let it sit for about 15 – 20 minutes without disturbing it.
  • Then take out the slices and wash your face with cool water 
  • potato not only give relief to puffy eyes but it also a great remedy to cure dark circles.




Green tea bags





  • put two used green tea bags in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 

  • incase if you don't have used green tea bags you can take two un-use green tea bags and put them in hot water after 4-5 min take the bags  out and place them on refrigerator for 30 minutes

  • place the cold tea bags on your closed eyelids.

  • sit back and relax for 15 minutes

  • use this remedy twice daily until you are satisfied with the result

sprinkle water
