protein rich meals may help dieters shed extra kilos by making them feel fuller, according to researches, including one of Indian origin.

the recent popularity of low carb, high protein diets can partially be attributed to the fact that dieters often feel fuller when protein intake is high even if they are consuming fewer calories overall.

researchers including jaapna Dillon from the Purdue university in US, conducted a systematic review of the evidence of the effect of protein intake on perceived fullness and confirmed that protein does, infact make us feel fuller. "protein activates satiety hormone release and so should be most strongly tied with fullness ratings," said lead investigator Richard D Mattes.

there searchers used a variety if satistical approaches to kesense of the data. the analysis indicated that higher protein loadshave a greater effect on fullness than lower protein loada. with the confirmation that protein intake is related ti satiety, defined as fullness between meals, modestly higherprotein intake may allowa individuals to feel fuller between meals. yet while protein may help dieters feel fuller it is by no mean magic bullet. "feeling like hungers and fullness are not only the factors that influence intake. anyone who has ever felt too full to finish their meals but has room for dessert knows this all too well, " mattes said. however the researchers were not able to determine the exact amount of protein needed to prolong fullness

  • 1.Protein benefits your hair- It provides your hair with important nutrients to grow. Eating a protein rich diet will help your hair to grow faster. Fill up on lean red meats, chicken and fish, nuts, dairy and eggs to get plenty of protein.
2.To care for dry ends- massage some oat replenishing treatment before washing your hair into the ends and leave for five to ten minutes.
3.Scalp cleansing- "You really want to cleanse the scalp about three times per week," says stylist Patrick Melville of Patrick Melville Salon. "Obviously this depends on the individual. If you tend to have a more oily scalp, you may need to cleanse once a day."
4.oil massage - Some believe that hot oil scalp massages will make your#hair grow faster. I'm not completely sold on the idea, but it sounds so relaxing. Even if it doesn't increase the growth of the hair it will help keep the hair healthy. Healthy hair generally does grow much faster.
5.Trim your hair regularly- (once every three months is supposedly ideal) to get rid of split ends and to add shape to your hair. No two strands of hair grow at the same speed; this therefore gives an unruly and uneven look if not trimmed regularly. Furthermore, regular trims help spurt hair growth.
6.Avoid tight ponytail- Tight ponytails can deter hair growth by creating tensions in your hair causing it to break and appear thin. For your hair to grow to its optimal length, avoid wearing hair styles that pull on your hair and instead use fabric ties instead of harsh hair bands. Your head towel and bed linen should be changed regularly, at least once a week. Clean surroundings are a must and accessories that are in constant contact with your hair.
7.Use high quality products and brushes on your hair- A good brush can help nourish the scalp whereas a sub standard one results in hair breakage and scalp damage. Be sure to spend time at your local store to parcel off the best products!
8.Avoid electrical machines- Factually, use of electrical machinery has very dangerous impact up hairs. Stop using dryer for dry your hairs. For attaining distinctive hairs styles use of chemical jells and lotions are also bed for hairs. Use of hot rollers is also dangerous for hair's healthy growing. But if you still need to use some Make sure to use a heat activated product to protect your hair before using of electrical machinery or straightening your hair.
avoid hot rollers as it can cause great hair damage
avoid dryers and direct heat to prevent hair damage
9.Limit your exposure to harsh weather- especially the intense heat of the mid-day sun or the intense cold of the severe winter months. If you absolutely need to step out during these forbidden times, cover your head and protect your hair. Intense temperatures have a greatly damaging effect.
10.Keratin treatment- A lot of people do keratin treatments to straighten their hair which straightens their hair while also making it shiny and healthy. Products like It's a 10 carry different items that have keratin in them. These products not only prevent your hair falling and looking great, but it also smells good all day!
11.Eating the right foods - is actually one of the best ways to make your hair grow faster. Your hair needs vitamin B to grow strong and healthy. Without it your hair will feel dry and brittle, and it will break easily. Make sure your multivitamin has a good amount of vitamin B. You can also get it from eating bananas and peppers.
12.Hydrated- The more hydrated your hair is the less likely it is to split and break, which is why it is important to take an extra minute in your shower and nourish your hair! Conditioning will help you fight split ends and avoid tangles which can have detrimental breakage effects on your hair.
13.Avoid exposure to heat- If you can't go a day without blow drying your hair, at least try to let it dry as much as possible on its own. Too much heat exposure can damage and slow the growth of your hair.
14.Dry hair needs lot of care and nourishment-Rinsing hair with one juiced lemon and one cup of water is said to bring life and shine back to dull hair.
15.use dry shampoo- Finally, if you are having one of those days that you just don't want to wash your hair, try to use some dry shampoo! it'l work great - and smell even better! You could also make sure to sprinkle some baby powder on your scalp too, this will not only keep the oil off of your scalp, but it will also keep your hair smelling fresh and clean!

16.Avoid stress- because stress causes hair fall! Whether at work or in your personal life, whatever your peeves deal with it in time and get over your problems! This will help you have good skin and hair both!
17.Hairs massage- is really magical for growing hairs. Distinctive kinds of oils in which almond oil, olive oil, mustard oil and coconut oil are superbly effective. Massage of one of these oil can amazingly increase the length of your hairs.
    mustard oil

    olive oil
18.Never keep your tresses tied for too long- (if you have medium to long hair). Keep changing your style and the way you wear your hair by leaving it lose and one day and then bunching it up on another. Let your hair have the space and freedom to move…and grow!
19.Water makes everything grow! It is a quick and natural method that will make your short hair grow and become fuller a lot faster. In the event you drink about 8 cups of water a day, not only will your body feel better, but your hair will get stronger too. The stronger the hair, the faster that it grows.
20.Rose water- doesn't have any benefits to your hair's health like some of the other ideas on this list, but that doesn't mean that it doesn't help your hair smell great. Soak your hair in rose water and it's sure to leave a last fragrance to your hair. It's a great natural way to make your hair gets people's attention!
