IDEAL TOP 7 REMEDIES FOR ALL TYPES OF HEADACHES

1) GINGER TEA
ginger is best cure for most of headaches.
crush up an inch of ginger and add it to black tea (black tea is best for it.)
GINGER JUICE
another one is ginger juice.
mix equal part of ginger juice and lemon juice.
consume it once or twice a day.
another, apply a paste of one teaspoon of dry ginger powder on the forehead for few minutes.

2)BASIL TEA





BASIL works as a muscle relaxant, making it a helpful treatment for mild headaches.
remedy-
put 3-4 fresh basil leaves in a cup of boiling water and let it simmer for few minutes
optionally add a little honey and then sip the tea slowly.
alternately massage your forehead with basil oil.

3) LEMON TEA

LEMON TEA is one of the most effective cure for headaches.
add fresh lemon juice ( 3-4 drops)
and also add one inch of ginger with tea and drink it.
the lemon peel is also very helpful.
pound the lemon peel into a fine paste and apply it as a plaster on the forehead.

4) PEPPERMINT OIL

  1. mix three drops of peppermint essential oil in one tablespoon of almond oil, olive oil or just water. massage your forehead.
  2. or you can put crush fresh peppermint leaves on your forehead.
  3. steam treatment by adding a few drops of peppermint essential oil to a small pot of boiling water , inhale the steam for few minutes.

5) ROSEMARY

  1. SIMPLY massage your forehead and temples with a few drops of rosemary oil mixed in a tablespoon of carrier oil.
  2. alternatively make an herbal tea by boiling one tablespoon of crushed rosemary leaves and one teaspoon of crushed sage leaves in a cup of water.

Crush a few cloves gently and put them in a sachet or in clean handkerchief.
inhale the smell of the crushed cloves whenever your have headache until you got relief.
